The Insatiable

Rachel collaborated with artist Jawshing Arthur Liou to produce The Insatiable. The atmospheric audio is comprised of miscellaneous field recordings (from the sounds of skyscraper construction to hydrophone recordings of rain on the surface of a lake), musical elements performed by Rachel, and human and animal voices stretched and manipulated to create additional textures of this piece.

SPECIFICS
The Insatiable is meant to be screened via HD video projection or HD flatscreen display, with either 5.1 or stereo audio in the dark installation space.
